2 weeks ago I began the hip hop abs workout. I exercise anywhere from 45 min to an hour 6 days a week. So far I haven't lost any pounds, but I know sometimes you lose inches before the weight starts to come off. How long should I wait to see if this routine is working for me? Whats the average time I should wait to see if I lose weight before changing the length of time or type of workout I am doing if it is not working?
