ready for serving my husband? I feel I may be getting the run around here. It's a simple divorce, no kids, no house, etc. I was told I can be divorced by 10/31/09. He said it should take 2-3 days for them to draw up paperwork and once he's served wait 20 days then judge stamps approval in 1-2wks.
It's been 4 days and before that a week before they said they didn't get my reply email with all the signed docs for retainer so I wasted a week because they didn't get my email now I want them to serve him he's in jail and he's going to get out before they tell me if they even drew up the papers. I've called 3 seperate days and they always say he's in a conference and he never calls back. I'm still waiting from 1.5wks ago a return call. $2500 divorce btw
