How long should i wait to eat lunch?

If i eat a protein bar at around 8 in the morning, how long should i wait to eat lunch, which is usually a sandwich loaded with vegetables, salad with eggs, and yogurt with fruit?
 
You need to add some fruit or juice with that breakfast and a multivitamin. Lunch should be somewhere 12 - 1. A snack in the afternoon and a good dinner. Get plenty of exercise too.
 
You should have a hearty breakfast within the hour that you wake up, a healthy snack 2-3 hours later, lunch 2-3 hours after that, another small but healthy snack a couple hours after lunch, and then dinner at least 2 hours before you go to bed. That way, you keep your body burning calories and you are never hungry, so you won't be tempted to overeat.
 
Since you are obviously trying to gain weight, have that lunch at 10:15 a.m. And another big sandwich at 2:30.

Why would you eat in the morning? That adds calories. It doesn't help burn them. Get up and move around. Your metabolism will speed up and you can burn the energy you are trying to lose!
 
You should eat every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism performing at its highest, so around 11:30 or noon would be good.


You might want to add a little more to breakfast to what you already have (egg whites, piece of toast with peanut butter, etc) so you can stay full throughout the morning, but if the protein bar works fine for you now more power to you.
