How long should i wait on my pizza to get here before i call and complain?

I ordered a small pizza from a place less than a 5 minute drive from my house 50 minutes ago and she said it shouldnt take long than 30 minutes to get here. I order from them often and on the busiest of nights it never/ takes longer than 45 minutes. How long before i call and compain
