strange situation.? My ex boyfriend contacted me after many years. We exchanged emails and a few phone calls. Catched up on stuff. He said to call him any time. That was a few years ago and I told him at that time he should not be contacting an ex if he is seeing someone. He said he is seeing someone casually but nothing serious. That he told her and she ewas ok with it.
He emails me a few weeks ago saying something reminded me of me and wanted to take the opportunity to say hi. I felt that he wanted something from me but did not know what. So I sent him an honest email saying: 1. I feel he wants something from me. 2. Even though I broke up with, I still have feelings (he is still in my heart ) for him because I have invested so much in to our relationship. 3. Explained why I broke up with him--out of anger and because I did not know how else to deal with the situation. 4. If he does not love me, never to contact me again so I can forget.
I emailed him 2 days ago. How long should I wait to see if he responds to say something? I know if he does not respond that he was just messing with me or wanted money or something stupid. I am asking so that after the right amoung to days waiting, I can just force myself to forget and move on. Thanks.
