Seriously though, everyone learns at a different pace. Unless you have a deadline for a project or a test on it in a class, study at a pace comfortable to you.

You never stop learning HTML because its always changing, but you should be able to work comfortably with it quite quickly- read a couple of books on it. Make sure you spend time on other scriptsas well though. HTML isn't very useful on its own.

You don't practice it so much as learn it. Just start building sites. When you know it, you'll know it.
