I've watched a couple how-to video's, and both when frying and boiling in a soup, the people didn't let them cook for very long.
I can understand how frying them wouldn't need long, but this guy had them boiling in the broth for only a few minutes.
I'm the kind of guy who likes meat to be cooked, so could you give me any advice if you've made them before?
