I am switching over to Virgin Mobile from T-Mobile and am wondering how long it takes? I want to port over my number as well which is prepaid. I called customer service and they barely spoke English, so if anyone has any direct experience in dealing with these people and know what's up I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
