I just had an interview today for a job at a banking center, which was my 2nd interview. I had a 1st one with a recruiter, and I just had a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. The 1st interview lasted about 30 minutes, and the 2nd interview lasted about 10 minutes (which worries me, because it makes it seem like they were just trying to get rid of me lol). So how long is the typical job interview...like a range? If the interview is shorter does that necessarily mean that they aren't interested? And how long until you hear something back about a job offer or a 3rd interview? Sorry for all the questions I'm just nervous about it, I haven't really had many interviews!
