how long in jail for assault on a police officer in texas for a juvenile?

my girl got arrested for hitti a cop cuz he tried to search her with no one else there ya know? and she hit him more than once so i need to know about how long till she gets out oh and shes prego
 
Even as bad as cops are down in Texas I don't think it would take long. Make sure she remains polite to them and no insults,etc. Get a lawyer right away and probably she'll get out "on her own recognizance."
