How long (from the time of arrest) will it take for a person to show up on a

jail's roster? A friend of mine was (we think) arrested yesterday morning some time. (If not he's on the run from the law -- we haven't heard from him.) Does anybody know how long it will take him to show up on the jail's roster? We live in Pierce County, Washington (state) if that makes any difference.
I just checked the jail's roster (for about the millionth time) . . . He's there. TYVM all for your help. :( Now I just have to figure out what to do next.
 
If he got arrested yesterday then it should be on jail roster by now. you can call the jail and ask if he is there and what are his charges are at least here in utah you can.
