How long from 95 - 99 cooking (Runescape)?

Hey, I've got 95 cooking in RS, just got it. I'm cooking Sharks with the cooking gaunts in the Rouges Den. I've got 1m to spend on Raws every trip, each time I sell the cooked sharks, I gain a little more money. Don't suggest to use logs in the G.E or Bank, etc.

How long roughly will it take me (in hours would be nice) to get 99 ?
