I just got 2 new Keyhole Cichlids. They are not being cute and active like they were at the store. They are just hanging out in the plants resting.

I know the move was stressful. So was meeting the new fish.

My water is clean I have been doing regular water changes and my nitrites and ammonia are all at 0.

When do you think they will come around?
How long do your fish take to get adjusted.

Normally my fish are fine with in a day.
At the store they came right up to the tank and went back and forth waiting for some food. They were not shy at all then.

But I have read that they are shy fish and I should try not to freak out and just let them adjust.

It can take up to a week for them to become active again, and you need to make sure that the water is adjusted specifically for the body of water that those fish are from.
here is a keyhole profile that should be helpful:

Just be patient and feed carnivorous food, cichlid pellets, or bloodworms, I find frozen insects to be the best if you can't give live. Freezedried don't seem to attract as much attention as frozen.
Good luck!
