This person got in a street fight and was aressted and was found to have a gun on him.how long would they go to jail for if they didnt use it??someone please let me know asap!
In my state carrying a concealed weapon without a cpl is punishable by 2 years in prison. Of course if he brandished it or threatened someone with it, then he would face additional charges.
