$ $$Italian Stalian$$ Guest Nov 9, 2008 #2 gaining strength isnt easy at all for any muscle it takes hard work dedication and workouts good tough workouts and well keep the eating up! but compared to ur upper half of the body no it's not harder it's just the workouts are brutal for legs if u do um hard
