How long does it take to pass a SALIVA(SWAB) drug test for heroin?

My friend used last sunday and thursday 1 milligram each day. She's taking a swab drug test tomorrow for a job that i got her. She has promised to quit since Sunday and she has kept her promise so i just want her to pass!
