We are meeting with a attorney because proper paper work was never served to us regarding a judgement where we had no way of knowing when, where ect to show up. After the default judgement they are trying to garnish my husbands wages. How long does it take for the process of garnishing someones wages once a judgement has went thru and then to stop it?
