How long does it take to get a BMO Prepaid Travel MasterCard if I apply in a branch?

- Do they give you a temporary card to use right away if I apply in store?
- Does it matter if I'm a student and new to the country?
- Are there any other trustworthy PrePaid visa cards I could apply for that I can use immediatley after applying?
