How long does it take to cook chicken thighs for fahitas?

Ok, i dont cook. whatsoever. and tonight im making my boyfriend dinner [fahitas]. ive never cooked chicken, (im veggitarian)
Anyways i picked up 'chicken thighs' and was planning on cutting them up in little chunks, putting them in a frying pan [with butter?-i have no idea lol] and just cooking them till they look done... ANY ADVICE YOU COULD GIVE ME WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! haha
main question is how long do they take to cook?
 
Easy!
Chicken if its boneless should take about 15 minutes or so depending on how much you have too.. be patient and it will be better if you dont cook it fast.

This is what I do when I make fajitas!
4 boneless chicken breasts cut in strips
Butter and olive oil
thinley sliced onions and bell peppers
Fajita seasoning pack
Tortiallas
Cheese
and whatever extra sides you want like, sour cream, quacamole, lettace, tomato etc...
In a large skillet add butter and oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook slowly until chicken is no longer pink and is white all the way threw! It cooks faster if you cut it in strips before cooking!
In a seperate skillet add more butter and onions and bell peppers. sautee until soft. Add fajita season mix with a little bit of water. Mix well. When chicken is done mix all together.
Serve as desired!
