Hi, My Mom usely cooks about a 3 pound roast about 2 hours. But when we take it out its still VERY red the the center and a little on the outer after cutting in to. What are we doing wrong??? How long should it be in for then ??? My Mom usely keeps the oven on 400. Should we up the Temp.?? Help please and thank you
