So, I bought a brand new townhome this past September. My husband is military, and we know that we will be at our base for as long as we want...or until we put in orders. I would like to stay here as long as I can finish my bachelor degree...which should be about 2 and a half years longer. So, by then we will have lived here for 3 years. Anyway, I really dont care if I make too much money on it...I will be fine if I break even because it will be like I lived for free for 3 years! lol!
I just saw one of my townhomes selling for 10,000 dollars less than what we bought if for though, and Im freaking out!
We bought it for 145,990.
I would be so happy to sell it for at least 165,000 in 2 1/2 more years?
Do you think its possible or not?
