Okay my BIL is going to his hearing this Thursday for getting his second DUI. They agreed to put him on house arrest 90 days. So at this hearing we find out everything.. how much he has to pay etc. How long does it usually take them to put you on house arrest? Will it be right away or will that be another delaying couple of months?
