how long does it take for verizon to ship phones?

They usually do free overnight shipping. That's how I got every phone from Verizon. If this is his first time and opening a new account, it may take a day or two to verify his credit first, but it's usually received overnight from the day it's shipped.
 
I just bought my LG chocolate touch online and was wondering how long it will take to arrive? I think my dad placed the order either monday or tuesday
