How long does it take for the results of an HIV blood test to come back?

At my routine annual doctor appointment, I was asked if I'd like to be tested for HIV and STDs along with the regular pap smear. I agreed (its better to be safe than sorry), and I got some blood drawn for the test. This was tuesday. When should I expect results?
