How long does it take for lockerz to ship prizes to Canada, Burlington, Ontario?

Its not that i have even redeemed an item off of lockerz but im just wondering for when i do get the chance to earn a prize.

I have become a z-lister and they used to send every z-lister a free t-shirt but they stopped that, what do they give new z-listers now? do they give us anything at all?
