I'm about 5 days into it. I'm on a low dosage (20mg) a day cos a high dose scares me. When do the blackheaRAB go away? This is my main problem. The only thing to happen so far is peeling on my nose but my nose already had flaky skin before. And should I expect nosebleeding with this kind of dosage?
