rental home? I am renting a house and the air has been out since friday someone came today but didn't fix it right and now it is hot again the homeowner says they have 2 weeks to get it fixed and they are not even required to give me AC but i rented the house with AC that ws working

AC is not considered one of the items necessary for health or welfare of the tenant. The land lord is right, unless it is specifically included in the rental contract, he is not required to fix it.

The owner is correcf. Non-working AC is not considered an issue of habitability. They don't have to fix it if they choose to not do so. That the AC was working when you rented the place means nothing. So I'd advise being very cooperative and kind to your landlord, since they have agreed to repair it.
