Plus if you failed to meet with your probation officer, in the state of Texas, city of Houston?
 
1/4 oz = 5 lbs ?
Since when?
There are 16 ounces in a pound of anything.

Anyway, time of sentence depends on previous offenses, lawyer,judge etc..
