Fish cooks fast, depending on the size 25-35 minutes, or until its white all the way through.

I know I'll get poo-pooed for this, BUT - why use foil? Aluminum is a "I don't have any utensils" desperation move. On the grill, camping out, but hell, don't you have a covered dish? Fish actually needs a little room to breathe.
