I started taking Nyquil for my cold a few days ago. The instructions told me to to take 2 caplets every 6-8 hour. I followed the instructions, but then I Tylenol. I waited over 8 hours before I switched over. Both contain acetaminophen, and it they both warn me not to take with other medicines containing acetaminophen. Is this safe? I waited about 10 hours before I switched over and started taking Tylenol.
