How long do I cook this chicken?

I put about 15 raw chicken thighs in a glass casserole dish with two bottles of barbecue sauce at 350F. How long should I bake them? I was gonna check every hour and I figured it would only take about two or three hours, but am I totally wrong? Will it take forever... or be a lot quicker than I thought?
 
If they are in a flat layer, it won't take as long as if they are stacked on top of each other. If they are stacked, probably 1 1/2 hours, just keep checking them. From a personal experience, I bake mine until they are almost done before I put the BBQ sauce on.
