I am getting a tattoo with the guy and I think he is sandbagging in my sessions. He gets paid by the hour and I am dissapointed. First session was around 10 hours and he got a ton done. 2nd session I came back and he went back over the orginal stuff and added a couple of backround items and thats it. I am 20 hours in and he is barely halfway done with a half sleeve. front is mostly done and back is only outlined with no color. I have to fly cross country to get this done and am wondering if there is anybody of his calibre i could get to finish it in California, Arizona, or Nevada?
