if something happened in europe, how many days later would it appear in an American newspaper in 1943?(mid WW2)

It took seconds for news to cross the Atlantic as both wireless radio and underwater phone cables were used. Newspapers could get the news to the street in a matter of 30 - 45 min as "extra editions" were still printed when important stories happened.
