How long could you stay backpacking in Europe for with 7grand?

Keep in mind that I would be really cheap, and probably only have 2 meals a day, and stay in cheap hostels. Plus have a rail pass.

I want to explore Spain, Greece, and France.

I have some traveling experience; I've got 13 different countries in Europe scratched off my list. but I did that with a tour :) This time I wanna go solo or with a friend.
 
thats a good amount of money, but remember that $ isnt worth that much in europe anymore. be smart with your money, only buy the necessary things, like food and train tix n stuff ya know?
