Little Shrimp

This is just a curious question, I'm not planning on leaving my fish without food. I have 5 harlequin rasboras, 4 ghost shrimp, and an apple snail in a 10 gallon tank. There are a few live plants and driftwood. I feed them a pinch of food once every 12 hours. How long could they go before they would start to starve to death? I'm guessing 3 days?? I have no idea lol. Thanks for the answers.
