I have a 1998 Toyota Corolla and I got about 210,000 miles. I drive around 100 miles everyday to-and-from work. I bought this used when it was 130K. Not sure what kind of maintenance the previous owner did but I regularly get my oil change every 5k miles. I did a major maintenance last year and changed the brakes too. It feels like it need new shocks as I'm kinda bouncy whenever I pass a bump on the road. Should I keep it or get another (newer) used car? It drives great but makes noises sometimes. (Especially when its raining).

300000 should be no problem especially if you are driving 100 miles a day im guessing they are highway miles you should have no issues exceeding 300000 in my opinion it is worth putting new struts on it (not shocks) if you keep it maintained it will still last a long time
