About six weeks ago, I dyed my hair a colour I didn't like. I then used color B4 on it and that got the dye out but turned my hair ginger. I then used a semi - permanent ash blonde on my hair to get it back to the more natural colour. I want to lighten up my hair now. It is safe to use a permanent blonde on my hair? My hair is natuarally very fine and I cannot risk lots falling out.
How long before I should dye my hair?
