OK. i got a 23 and a half pound turkey this year.
I heard if i put it on a Lower Temp and cook it longer the turkey will come out more Moist
I wanna cook it over night in my oven.
What tempature and how long should i cook it.
the directions currently are 325 for 5 hours or until the Timer Stem pops up.
