how long after having a baby will you have a positive pregnancy test?

i had sex 2 weeks after i gave birth, stupid i know. he pulled out but now im nervous cause i know your super fertile. if i took a test would it be accurate?
its been a week or so since then.
it didnt hurt that bad.
