I had the two bottom wisdom teeth removed, they were not impacted. I have followed the instructions and have been on a soft diet. When can I eat solid foods like Chicken and Steak? Or even Salad? I had two stitches put in on each side and I can see the clot/scab back there. Am I safe after 1 week to eat as long as I rinse, or do I have to wait another week or so?
