How little control do Anarcho-Primitivists want Humans to have of their environment?

Do Anarcho-Primitivists think that Humans should not have real settlements with substantial homes, that Humans should live entirely at the mercy of the forces of nature, that they should never grow or raise any of their food, getting it all out of the jungle instead, that they shouldn't have any pets, not even a Cat or Dog, and that symbolic culture, the arts & entertainment should be degenerate?

And surely the answers that Anarcho-Primitivists have to medical problems can't be any better than mine, considering how far civilization needed to go in that field.
