How likely is it that Obama is going to have his very own Bill Clinton moment in the midterm elections in 2010?

For you kids whose teachers have conveniently forgotten to teach you any history (well, any RELEVANT history), do some research on the 1994 midterm elections. And, after you get the gist of how that turned out, see if you can find the specifics of how Bill Clinton reacted to the result of that election. It makes for FASCINATING reading!

So we can have a bunch of confrontational republicans who sit there trying to ruin obama's administration and do absolutely nothing for anybody anywhere?

I think it would be helpful in making your point if you would explain what you are talking about.I think Clinton lost the congress in that election and I am sure he reacted badly.I am sure BO will lose congress in 2010 and I am equally sure that he will react badly.

It is very likely that the same events will take place, the Democratic Party cannot be allowed to continue as it has, and with their collusion with the White House and Obama, is really a disadvantage to the other branches of the Government.Clinton was not pleased with the results of the election, but tried to bring those newly elected Republicans into his fold, with the promise of an end to partisanship and a new period of cooperation with the Republicans that really never took place, as scandal after scandal racked the White House, with Bill & Hillary Clinton under investigation on a number of fronts, some from Clinton's tenure as governor of Arkansas. Which led to Clinton being impeached, but allowed to remain in office and a loss of his license to practice law.
