How is your work environment like?

Here at the office I'm currently going through a rough time. There are people who pick on me and who try to find faults; they keep their eye on me and one little thing I do wrong can become a big thing. My department head keeps e-mailing me insulting things about how bad my attitude is and CC's the general manager of the company, which makes me look bad. I never even did anything to her and it was something she could have confronted me about instead of CCing the manager.

Some tend to be malicious towards me. Not only do they kiss the manager's butt, they seem to just like seeing me suffer and they're trying their best to ruin everything for me. How is your working environment like? Is it as bad as this?
I simply mind my own business so I don't understand why she says there's something wrong with my attitude.
 
If what you say is true:
'My department head keeps e-mailing me insulting things about how bad my attitude is and CC's the general manager of the company'
that is not only harrassment but the e-mails are proof of it.

DO NOT DELETE THOSE E-MAILS
AND
DO GET AN ATTORNEY
