Cash for Clunkers take cars that poor families (the kinds Democrats constantly defend and the ones that vote Democrat) could use and makes them worthless. I'm pretty sure there's a family out there who could use that 1999 Buick (or even that 1989 Oldsmobile) to get to work of school.
