how is this riddle possiable? plz 10 point! ITS AMAZING?

because the hypotenuse of the triangle is not a straight line but a special curved line. That's where the extra space comes from. I think it was Martin Gardener who invented this trick; I first saw it in one of his books
 
It looked like the main triangle's outline grew/shrank.

And parts of each shape within the main triangle are overlapped by the outline, which subtracts from it slightly.
 
umm you couldnt figure this out? watch the outline of the triangle closely! it is changing size.. you can easily tell once the yellow one is into place. you just =watch the cornmer... the triangle is growing!
