I'm planning to get a leopard gecko I know about all the other stuff (housing, heating etc.) but I need help on gut loading. So how is this recipe?
Dry:
1 cup of dry oatmeal
1 cup of wheat bran
1 cup of Cheerios
1 cup of dog food
1 cup of alfalfa hay
¼ cup of Fluker’s High-Calcium Cricket Diet
¼ cup of powdered milk
1 table spoon of Calcium with D3
1 table spoon of Herpitive
Mush (blended):
Apples
Carrots
Collard greens
Yam
Anything to add/subtract? How much of each for about 20 adult crickets? Do I still have to dust the food I feed the crickets if I have the dust already in the gut load? Do I still need a sponge for water if I have the "mush"? Should I feed the meal worms the "mush"? Any websites on how to build a cricket tub? I don't need to gut load phoenix worms do I? To gut load meal worms just leave them in dry gut load over night right?
