My girlfriend in considering attending the Art Institute of Atlanta for their fashion merchandising program. Some of the courses make it sound like its preparing the students to own a boutique or other retail jobs... THIS IS NOT THE PATH SHE WANTS. She aspires to be a fashion buyer or something to do with fashion advertising. Is this a good school for that part of the fashion industry?
Another consideration is the UGA fashion program; Is this one any better?
(Me and her have already researched this ALOT, ALOT, and ALOT. We would like to have someone tell us that has went to the school and has personal experience with it.)
