How is the education system like in Saudi Arabia? Which one is the best in the KSA?

I was just wondering how the universities are like in the KSA? I was especially wondering about King Abdelaziz University, College of Business Administration and King Saud University... i was also trying to get some information about IPA (Institute of Public Administration), however i cannot find anything about this institute on the internet. Would it be easier to get a job in Saudi Arabia if one finishes a university in Saudi Arabia?
