How is the coverage?

Currently using PagePlus in Chicago area. Its wonderful, but I may aquire a phone with a bad ESN and I was wondering what your experiences were with this company. Some people say that they have late texts or don't receive all calls. What is your experience?

i use to get texts very, very delayed. (hours) This hasnt happened in months. Not sure if it's due to cricket improving their network or moving out of an all cement building. (probably both). The coverage within Chicago is awesome. Pricing is solid, my only complaint is my terrible phone which should be resolved sometime this month (zio!).
