How is Target going to Honor the line?

There was much sketch going on at the line I slept in all nite and all day and they have a list the top people keep and they do what ever the hell they want. Like go to class all day, come back and still have number 3 in the line.
Anyways, Target said they will not honor that list that the fuckers kept that fucked over half of us. People sold spots and all kind of Bull SHIT. Anyways Target said they will not honor the list but they did not clearly say how they are going to do the vouchers. If I stand at the doors until they come out will I get one or what?
 
I went home because everyone in the top 8 went back and forth from home but they all are friends so they back each other up and stay high on the list.
